Once you've matched enough items to complete one order, that pastry is ready to go. Just click on the finished product to box it up and be done with it. You'll know you're doing good by looking at the chef in the corner. He tends to get very excited and he'll shower you with French phrases.
The first level, which contains four stages, is all about cakes. As you progress, you'll move on to different and more challenging dishes. A master pastry chef must be familiar with all pastries, wouldn't you agree?
Bonus tiles will appear from time to time and will be a big help in the kitchen. They all do various things, one of which clears all of the spaces around it and adds those items to your orders below. Another bonus tile that I got would take out an entire horizontal row and add everything it cleared to my orders also!
And we can't forget about points! If you fill the Score Frenzy Meter on the right side of the screen by nailing big matches and combos you'll land a bunch of bonus points.
